Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A tranquil morning along a river by Cornelis Vreedenburgh was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2017. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,250.00. Admittedly, works by Cornelis Vreedenburgh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Loosdrechtse Plassen in June 2001 with an auction result of NLG 99,875.00 (€ 48,004.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A tranquil morning along a river von Cornelis Vreedenburgh kam im Juni 2017 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cornelis Vreedenburgh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Loosdrechtse Plassen im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 99.875,00 (€ 48.004,59).
