Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2012 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work Activities on the Singel with the Koepelkerk beyond, Amsterdam by Cornelis Vreedenburgh. It changed hands for a price of EUR 34,600.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Other works by Cornelis Vreedenburgh have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2001 the work Loosdrechtse Plassen was auctioned for NLG 99,875.00 (€ 48,004.59).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2012 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Activities on the Singel with the Koepelkerk beyond, Amsterdam von Cornelis Vreedenburgh zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 34.600,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Cornelis Vreedenburgh konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2001 die Arbeit Loosdrechtse Plassen für NLG 99.875,00 (€ 48.004,59) versteigert.
