Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Kornpuppen in trüber Landschaft (Klotzsche) by Conrad Felixmüller was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale auction at Christies in London in March this year. The price achieved of GBP 35,280.00 (€ 40,137.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Conrad Felixmüller achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Selbstbild (Kopf) in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 706,500.00 (€ 829,955.51).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Kornpuppen in trüber Landschaft (Klotzsche) von Conrad Felixmüller wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 35.280,00 (€ 40.137,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Conrad Felixmüller erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Selbstbild (Kopf) im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 706.500,00 (€ 829.955,51).
