This artwork by Christian Brandl achieved an unexpectedly high price at Ketterer in Munich in June 2014. In the Kunst nach 45 / Zeitgenössische Kunst auction, the work Die Gesellschaft sold for EUR 9,375.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 4,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Christian Brandl; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Strömtal. sold at auction in June this year with the realized price of EUR 14,520.00.

Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Christian Brandl; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Strömtal. im Juni diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 14.520,00.
