Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (NYP2) by Chris Succo was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in London in December 2020. It changed hands for a price of GBP 6,930.00 (€ 7,741.43) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Chris Succo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Everything In It's Right Place (BKNP) in April 2015 with an auction result of GBP 45,000.00 (€ 61,795.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (NYP2) von Chris Succo wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 6.930,00 (€ 7.741,43) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chris Succo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Everything In It's Right Place (BKNP) im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 45.000,00 (€ 61.795,38).
