Auction result well in line with expectations
The work GOOD LUCK WINNING THE LOTTERY #2 by Chris Succo was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in October 2020. The price achieved of GBP 6,300.00 (€ 6,995.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Chris Succo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Everything In It's Right Place (BKNP) in April 2015 with an auction result of GBP 45,000.00 (€ 61,795.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit GOOD LUCK WINNING THE LOTTERY #2 von Chris Succo wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.300,00 (€ 6.995,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chris Succo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Everything In It's Right Place (BKNP) im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 45.000,00 (€ 61.795,38).
