Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Turn the Page by Chris Succo was auctioned at Phillips in New York in September 2020. The price achieved of USD 12,500.00 (€ 10,667.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Chris Succo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Everything In It's Right Place (BKNP) in April 2015 with an auction result of GBP 45,000.00 (€ 61,795.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Turn the Page von Chris Succo kam im September 2020 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 10.667,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chris Succo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Everything In It's Right Place (BKNP) im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 45.000,00 (€ 61.795,38).
