A top price for Qiu Yacai
In October 2017 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art, which included the work Model(Painted In 1993) by Qiu Yacai. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 1,500,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 1,534,000.00 (€ 168,834.82). With this result, Model(Painted In 1993) is even the most expensive work of art by Qiu Yacai that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Qiu Yacai
Im Oktober 2017 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Model(Painted In 1993) von Qiu Yacai zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 1.500.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 1.534.000,00 (€ 168.834,82) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Model(Painted In 1993) sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Qiu Yacai, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
