Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Swirling Zombies - 2004/2006 by Chiho Aoshima was sold in the Twenty One Contemporary auction at Artcurial in December this year. The price achieved of EUR 3,411.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chiho Aoshima achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work City Glow in May 2010 with an auction result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 48,508.37).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Swirling Zombies - 2004/2006 von Chiho Aoshima wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Twenty One Contemporary bei Artcurial versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.411,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chiho Aoshima erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit City Glow im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 60.000,00 (€ 48.508,37).
