Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work La Légèreté/Le Poids by Chen Zhen was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in July 2015. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 293,000.00 (€ 415,375.59), 17% above the upper estimate. Other works by Chen Zhen have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 576,000.00 (€ 428,157.29) in May 2007 for the work Opening Of A Closed Center.

Die Arbeit La Légèreté/Le Poids von Chen Zhen wurde im Juli 2015 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London versteigert.
