Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Love Bird I, from 'Love Birds' by Charming Baker was auctioned at Bonhams in London in September last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 700.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 701.25 (€ 798.09). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charming Baker achieve. Die Arbeit Love Bird I, from 'Love Birds' von Charming Baker kam im September letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 700,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 701,25 (€ 798,09) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Charming Baker erzielen.
