Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Number 3 by Bradley Walker Tomlin for USD 35,000.00 (€ 31,356.39). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Bradley Walker Tomlin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Number 19 in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 275,000.00 (€ 235,646.96).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Number 3 von Bradley Walker Tomlin für USD 35.000,00 (€ 31.356,39) erwerben. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bradley Walker Tomlin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Number 19 im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 275.000,00 (€ 235.646,96).
