Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2015 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Le Village And Le Théâtre De L'Atelier: Two Works by Bela de Kristo. The price achieved of USD 6,000.00 (€ 5,525.37) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bela de Kristo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Les fiancés Hongrois, which sold at auction in September 2008 for USD 20,000.00 (€ 14,203.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2015 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Village And Le Théâtre De L'Atelier: Two Works von Bela de Kristo zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.000,00 (€ 5.525,37) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Bela de Kristo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Les fiancés Hongrois beobachtet, die im September 2008 für USD 20.000,00 (€ 14.203,54) versteigert wurde.
