Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2019 Christies in New York held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Les Fiancés Hongrois by Bela de Kristo. The price achieved of USD 12,500.00 (€ 11,211.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Bela de Kristo have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2008 the work Les fiancés Hongrois was auctioned for USD 20,000.00 (€ 14,203.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2019 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Les Fiancés Hongrois von Bela de Kristo zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 11.211,77) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Bela de Kristo konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im September 2008 die Arbeit Les fiancés Hongrois für USD 20.000,00 (€ 14.203,54) versteigert.
