Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2020 Christies in Paris held the auction Art moderne, which included the work Lys by Bart van der Leck. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,250.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bart van der Leck achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Compositie No. 3 in February 2013 with an auction result of GBP 313,250.00 (€ 363,857.63).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Art moderne durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lys von Bart van der Leck zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bart van der Leck erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Compositie No. 3 im Februar 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 313.250,00 (€ 363.857,63).
