Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Acorde 3 by Ary Brizzi was sold in the Contemporary Art Online | New York auction at Sothebys in New York in October 2019. The price achieved of USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,482.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ary Brizzi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Construcción A Partir De Dos Arcos De Circunferencia in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 61,000.00 (€ 41,530.50).

Die Arbeit Acorde 3 von Ary Brizzi wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online | New York bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 4.482,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ary Brizzi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Construcción A Partir De Dos Arcos De Circunferencia im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 61.000,00 (€ 41.530,50).
