Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Diamante #6 by Ary Brizzi was sold in the Latin America auction at Phillips in New York in November 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 8,750.00 (€ 8,284.42) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Ary Brizzi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Construcción A Partir De Dos Arcos De Circunferencia in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 61,000.00 (€ 41,530.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Diamante #6 von Ary Brizzi wurde im November 2015 in der Auktion Latin America bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 8.750,00 (€ 8.284,42) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ary Brizzi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Construcción A Partir De Dos Arcos De Circunferencia im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 61.000,00 (€ 41.530,50).
