Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Ary Brizzi was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2008. The price achieved of USD 17,500.00 (€ 11,246.79) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ary Brizzi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Construcción A Partir De Dos Arcos De Circunferencia, which sold at auction in November 2007 for USD 61,000.00 (€ 41,530.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ary Brizzi kam im Mai 2008 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 11.246,79) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Ary Brizzi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Construcción A Partir De Dos Arcos De Circunferencia beobachtet, die im November 2007 für USD 61.000,00 (€ 41.530,50) versteigert wurde.
