Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work Tensión Cerrada 4 by Ary Brizzi for USD 1,800.00 (€ 1,409.22). This price was achieved in the auction The House Sale at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ary Brizzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Construcción A Partir De Dos Arcos De Circunferencia in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 61,000.00 (€ 41,530.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Tensión Cerrada 4 von Ary Brizzi für USD 1.800,00 (€ 1.409,22) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The House Sale bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ary Brizzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Construcción A Partir De Dos Arcos De Circunferencia im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 61.000,00 (€ 41.530,50).
