In the Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work Nude sold for USD 13,145.00 (€ 10,693.95) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arthur Beecher Carles achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 221,000.00 (€ 177,681.30).

In der Auktion Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture wurde die Arbeit Nude für USD 13.145,00 (€ 10.693,95) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arthur Beecher Carles erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composition im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 221.000,00 (€ 177.681,30).
