The result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 53,423.56) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arthur Beecher Carles - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Composition, which sold at auction in November 2014 for USD 221,000.00 (€ 177,681.30).
