Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Figures by Armando Morales was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 75,600.00 (€ 61,997.70) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Armando Morales achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cuatro Bañistas En Canal De Plantación in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 982,000.00 (€ 929,748.15).
