Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bateaux by Armand Seguin was auctioned at Christies in Paris in May 2007. It achieved a price of EUR 62,400.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Armand Seguin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les délices de la vie in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 7,737,500.00 (€ 6,630,248.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bateaux von Armand Seguin kam im Mai 2007 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 62.400,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Armand Seguin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les délices de la vie im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 7.737.500,00 (€ 6.630.248,50).
