This work of art by Armand Seguin could be acquired at Christies in Hong Kong in October this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the La Collection Sam Josefowitz: Vente du Soir auction, the work Paysans au travail changed hands for EUR 25,200.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Armand Seguin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les délices de la vie in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 7,737,500.00 (€ 6,630,248.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Armand Seguin konnte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion La Collection Sam Josefowitz: Vente du Soir wechselte die Arbeit Paysans au travail für EUR 25.200,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Armand Seguin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les délices de la vie im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 7.737.500,00 (€ 6.630.248,50).
