Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "Bryan Ferry, Miami, 1992". by Anton Corbijn. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 5,746.38). Admittedly, works by Anton Corbijn have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Kraftwerk I-IV, Heads of the Kraftwerk mannequins, Barcelona, 1981 in November this year with an auction result of EUR 44,100.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Bryan Ferry, Miami, 1992". von Anton Corbijn zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 5.746,38) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anton Corbijn auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Kraftwerk I-IV, Heads of the Kraftwerk mannequins, Barcelona, 1981 im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 44.100,00.
