A top price for Anton Corbijn - as previously expected
The work Kraftwerk I-IV, Heads of the Kraftwerk mannequins, Barcelona, 1981 by Anton Corbijn was auctioned at Christies in Sydney in November this year. The price achieved of EUR 44,100.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Kraftwerk I-IV, Heads of the Kraftwerk mannequins, Barcelona, 1981 is the most expensive artwork by Anton Corbijn that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Kraftwerk I-IV, Heads of the Kraftwerk mannequins, Barcelona, 1981 von Anton Corbijn kam im November diesen Jahres bei Christies in Sydney zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 44.100,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden.
