In March 2014 Phillips in New York held the auction Under the Influence, which included the work Untitled (Chisel Arrangement) by Anthony Pearson. The »bidding war« ended at USD 18,750.00 (€ 13,609.64), 56% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Anthony Pearson; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Untitled (Plaster Positive) sold at auction in May 2014 with the realized price of USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,495.60).

Im März 2014 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Under the Influence durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Chisel Arrangement) von Anthony Pearson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 13.609,64) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Anthony Pearson; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Untitled (Plaster Positive) im Mai 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 16.495,60).
