Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The yellow Rose Bush by Anthony Green was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2003. It achieved a price of GBP 705.00 (€ 921.48), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anthony Green achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Chinese Lantern in March 2007 with an auction result of USD 16,800.00 (€ 12,561.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The yellow Rose Bush von Anthony Green kam im Juli 2003 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 705,00 (€ 921,48) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anthony Green erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Chinese Lantern im März 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 16.800,00 (€ 12.561,69).
