In the Old Master & British Drawings & Watercolours auction, the work A River Landscape With Fishermen In Boats sold for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,752.83) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Anthonie Waterloo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Footbridge Over A Stream, With A Pollard Willow in January 2015 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,357.84).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Anthonie Waterloo erzielte im Dezember 2015 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Old Master & British Drawings & Watercolours wurde die Arbeit A River Landscape With Fishermen In Boats für GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.752,83) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00.
