Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fuck Off by Andrei Molodkin was auctioned at Phillips in London in December 2014. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,436.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Andrei Molodkin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Yes in March 2008 with an auction result of GBP 23,300.00 (€ 29,270.58).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fuck Off von Andrei Molodkin kam im Dezember 2014 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 6.436,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Andrei Molodkin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Yes im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.300,00 (€ 29.270,58).
