In the Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian auction, the work The Triumph Of Ms. I sold for HKD 350,000.00 (€ 33,213.18) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Alfredo Esquillo, Jr.; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot The Clouds, Expecting; The Drama, Unfolding sold at auction in October 2014 with the realized price of HKD 350,000.00 (€ 36,033.52).
