This artwork by Alexander Kanoldt achieved an unexpectedly high price at Grisebach in January 2021. In the Online Only 2020/2021 - OO 5 -3F- 18.12.20-10.1.21 auction, the work „Olevano III“. sold for EUR 1,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Kanoldt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Stillleben mit Büchern und Krügen. in June 2011 with an auction result of EUR 187,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alexander Kanoldt erzielte im Januar 2021 bei Grisebach einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Online Only 2020/2021 - OO 5 -3F- 18.12.20-10.1.21 wurde die Arbeit „Olevano III“. für EUR 1.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexander Kanoldt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Stillleben mit Büchern und Krügen. im Juni 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 187.500,00.
