It achieved a price of USD 239,400.00 (€ 215,811.77), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Alejandro Obregón; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Bodegón sold at auction in May last year with the realized price of USD 252,000.00 (€ 234,833.66).

Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Alejandro Obregón; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Bodegón im Mai letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 252.000,00 (€ 234.833,66).
