Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work New York Sky Line (L. & O. 490) by Adolf Dehn was sold in the Prints and Multiples auction at Christies in New York in October 2008. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,577.04). Admittedly, works by Adolf Dehn have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The First Snowfall in March 2010 with an auction result of USD 9,375.00 (€ 6,931.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit New York Sky Line (L. & O. 490) von Adolf Dehn wurde im Oktober 2008 in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 1.800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 2.000,00 (€ 1.577,04) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Adolf Dehn auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The First Snowfall im März 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 6.931,10).
