This work without title by Adham Wanly was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Arab, Iranian & Turkish Art Including Masterpieces from The Pharos Art Collection & From The Maath Alousi Collection auction at Christies in Dubai in March 2014. The price achieved of USD 15,000.00 (€ 10,887.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adham Wanly achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Kiss in April 2010 with an auction result of USD 146,500.00 (€ 110,133.81).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Adham Wanly wurde im März 2014 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Arab, Iranian & Turkish Art Including Masterpieces from The Pharos Art Collection & From The Maath Alousi Collection bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 10.887,71) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adham Wanly erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Kiss im April 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 146.500,00 (€ 110.133,81).
