Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of USD 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,807.85). Admittedly, works by Adam Styka have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A negotiation in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 137,750.00 (€ 163,196.55).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Lavandières à Biskra von Adam Styka kam im Juni 2020 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion.
