Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Le Nil À Louxor by Adam Styka was auctioned at Artcurial in Marrakech in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of MAD 660,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for MAD 715,000.00 (€ 67,595.86). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Adam Styka - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A negotiation, which sold at auction in October 2021 for GBP 137,750.00 (€ 163,196.55).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Le Nil À Louxor von Adam Styka kam im Dezember 2021 bei Artcurial in Marrakesch zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von MAD 660.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für MAD 715.000,00 (€ 67.595,86) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Adam Styka mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A negotiation beobachtet, die im Oktober 2021 für GBP 137.750,00 (€ 163.196,55) versteigert wurde.
