Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 25.00 – 200.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 29.88 (€ 44.83) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View of Albury Heath, Surrey in September 2000 with an auction result of GBP 3,055.00 (€ 5,111.95).
