Auction result well in line with expectations

The work Brick and Mortar by Aaron Bobrow was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in London in December 2014. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,827.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Aaron Bobrow - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work B.I.G., which sold at auction in October 2014 for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 15,960.69).

Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Die Arbeit Brick and Mortar von Aaron Bobrow wurde im Dezember 2014 in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.827,49) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Aaron Bobrow mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit B.I.G. beobachtet, die im Oktober 2014 für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.960,69) versteigert wurde.
