Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work One mezcal, two mezcal, three mezcal ...downpour by Aaron Bobrow for GBP 1,890.00 (€ 2,174.05). This price was achieved in the auction Wired: Online Auction at Phillips in an online auction and was even below the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Aaron Bobrow have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work B.I.G. in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 15,960.69).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit One mezcal, two mezcal, three mezcal ...downpour von Aaron Bobrow für GBP 1.890,00 (€ 2.174,05) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Wired: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Aaron Bobrow auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit B.I.G. im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.960,69).
