The work Red (Set Of Eight) by Zhou Changjiang was worth HKD 400,000.00 (€ 45,065.99) to a buyer in April 2016. This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Asian Art at Sothebys in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 120,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zhou Changjiang - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Complementation 99.2, which sold at auction in April 2015 for CNY 750,000.00 (€ 108,313.92).

Die Arbeit Red (Set Of Eight) von Zhou Changjiang war einem Käufer im April 2016 HKD 400.000,00 (€ 45.065,99) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 120.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Zhou Changjiang mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Complementation 99.2 beobachtet, die im April 2015 für CNY 750.000,00 (€ 108.313,92) versteigert wurde.
