Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Rhododendron by Zhou Bichu was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2014. The price achieved of HKD 236,000.00 (€ 21,949.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhou Bichu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jiaxing Misty Rain Pavilion in April this year with an auction result of HKD 744,000.00 (€ 759,769.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Rhododendron von Zhou Bichu kam im April 2014 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 236.000,00 (€ 21.949,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 200.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhou Bichu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jiaxing Misty Rain Pavilion im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 744.000,00 (€ 759.769,57).
