Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Kwangchou Farmer Seminar Hall by Zhou Bichu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in October 2004. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 130,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 143,400.00 (€ 14,445.76). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhou Bichu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jiaxing Misty Rain Pavilion in April this year with an auction result of HKD 744,000.00 (€ 759,769.57).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Kwangchou Farmer Seminar Hall von Zhou Bichu kam im Oktober 2004 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 130.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 143.400,00 (€ 14.445,76) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhou Bichu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jiaxing Misty Rain Pavilion im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 744.000,00 (€ 759.769,57).
