The work Consuming Reigns The World No. 1 by Zheng Guogu was sold in the Kunst nach 1945 / Zeitg. Kunst II auction at Ketterer in Munich in June 2021. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 7,500.00 25% above the estimate. Admittedly, works by Zheng Guogu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Waterfall in May 2012 with an auction result of HKD 560,000.00 (€ 58,337.11).

Die Arbeit Consuming Reigns The World No. 1 von Zheng Guogu wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Kunst nach 1945 / Zeitg. Kunst II bei Ketterer in München versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 7.500,00 und damit 25% über dem Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zheng Guogu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Waterfall im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 560.000,00 (€ 58.337,11).
