Sold at the lower estimate price
In October 2008 Christies in New York held the auction Prints and Multiples, which included the work Untitled; and two other prints by the artist by Zeng Hao. The result of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,365.56) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zeng Hao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work In the noon, 26 June, 2003 in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,647,500.00 (€ 231,439.95).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2008 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Prints and Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled; and two other prints by the artist von Zeng Hao zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.365,56) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zeng Hao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit In the noon, 26 June, 2003 im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.647.500,00 (€ 231.439,95).
