Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 9 July 2003, 4Pm by Zeng Hao was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2010. The price achieved of HKD 125,000.00 (€ 11,605.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zeng Hao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work In the noon, 26 June, 2003 in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,647,500.00 (€ 231,439.95).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 9 July 2003, 4Pm von Zeng Hao wurde im Oktober 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 125.000,00 (€ 11.605,73) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zeng Hao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit In the noon, 26 June, 2003 im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.647.500,00 (€ 231.439,95).
