Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre - 1990 by Yang Jiechang was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale auction at Artcurial in Paris in June 2021. The price achieved of EUR 4,160.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yang Jiechang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Eye Of The Storm in September 2008 with an auction result of USD 338,500.00 (€ 240,394.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1990 von Yang Jiechang wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.160,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yang Jiechang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Eye Of The Storm im September 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 338.500,00 (€ 240.394,86).
