Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans titre- 1992-94 by Yang Jiechang was auctioned at Artcurial in December this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 6,560.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yang Jiechang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Eye Of The Storm in September 2008 with an auction result of USD 338,500.00 (€ 240,394.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans titre- 1992-94 von Yang Jiechang kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 6.560,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yang Jiechang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Eye Of The Storm im September 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 338.500,00 (€ 240.394,86).
