Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Yae Asano could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "No 83" changed hands for SEK 120,000.00 (€ 10,608.70) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 125,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yae Asano - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Work, which sold at auction in October 2016 for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 27,850.76).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Yae Asano konnte im April diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit "No 83" für SEK 120.000,00 (€ 10.608,70) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 125.000,00 – 150.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Yae Asano mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Work beobachtet, die im Oktober 2016 für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 27.850,76) versteigert wurde.
