Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Yae Asano was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2017. The price achieved of USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,444.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yae Asano have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Work in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 27,850.76).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Yae Asano kam im September 2017 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.250,00 (€ 4.444,26) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yae Asano auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Work im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 27.850,76).
